The Dallas Environmental Education Initiative (EEI) is proud to offer a paid ($1,200) summer internship opportunity to Dallas junior and senior high school students at least 17 years of age. EEI summer interns will work collaborately with staff and faculty at both Dallas City Hall & UNT from June 17 – July 24 (Monday – Wednesday). Through this program, EEI interns will gain job experience in environmental science research, and build on their college and professional skills.

Program Information

  • Why we are asking for the information: To help us decide whether you are eligible for the program and what other services you may need to become self-sufficient.
  • How we plan to use the information: We may use it to prepare required reports, conduct audits, review eligibility, and to find out how the program is helping you.
  • With whom we may share this information: With staff, for purposes of performing their official duties with the City of Dallas.
  • Providing false information can lead to removal from the program.
