Dallas EEI summer interns explored just how much of Earth’s water is actually available for us to use. Their research revealed a surprising truth: although our planet is covered in water, less than 1% is accessible freshwater. To help raise awareness, Summer 2025 intern Anna Zaha created this infographic highlighting the Surprising Scarcity of Freshwater.
